Fratelli Sicilia is a small artisanal bakery located in Catania, Sicily and run by the brothers Piero and Salvo Motta. Traditional recipes, passion for the craft and the exclusive use of Sicilian ingredients make for high quality and delicious products. This panettone is made with Modica chocolate, an Italian P.G.I. specialty chocolate, typical of the municipality of Modica, in Sicily. An ancient and original recipe using manual grinding gives the chocolate a peculiar grainy texture and aromatic flavor.
